Our not-for-profit, community fitness group meets five times a week. 

Classes are small, live sessions at the William Hobbayne Centre.  And on Zoom, too.

Exercise with ECG is enjoyable, friendly and informal.

Make no mistake, though - this is a proper Level 4 Cardiac Fitness Programme. Most of us have been diagnosed with heart conditions and many have had surgery.

Each session lasts for 45 minutes or so and is supervised by our brilliant, accredited cardiac fitness trainers - Faye, Matt and Permjit. Junko is our Yoga teacher.

We really value the contribution exercise has made to our lives so we want to ensure that other people also benefit.

You don't need to wear sports clothing but trainers are recommended, as well as loose or stretchy clothing, like jogging bottoms.
