Our not for profit, community fitness group meets five times a week. Classes are small, live sessions on Zoom, as well as classes back at the William Hobbayne Centre. The Hobbayne classes are, for now, reserved for existing members who are unable to use Zoom.

Currently, we do have places available. Please check and we will advise which day and time.

The Heart Yoga class is on Wednesdays. 

At the moment, almost all of us have diagnosed heart conditions and most have had surgery. 

The atmosphere is really friendly and informal.  Make no mistake, though - this is a proper Level 4 Cardiac Fitness Programme.

Each session lasts for 45 minutes or so and is supervised by our brilliant, accredited cardiac fitness trainers - Faye and Natalie. Junko is our Yoga teacher.

We really value the contribution exercise has made to our lives so we want to ensure that other people also benefit.

You don't need to wear sports clothing but trainers are recommended, as well as loose or stretchy clothing, like jogging bottoms.
