Our William Hobbayne Classes are reserved, for now, for our members who are not able to use Zoom.
Strength Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at the William Hobbayne Centre and Zoom, too.
Cardio Classes are on Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Yoga is back in the William Hobbayne Centre on Wednesdays. We are trialling running it on Zoom at the same time.
All are welcome at our allotment, where we meet on Mondays and Fridays.
All classes must be pre-booked.
